Part Time Office Admin Role
We are looking for a reliable part time office administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the team have support to work efficiently. The office administrator will ensure the smooth running of the office. Hours to be 9.30 till 3pm Monday to Friday (25 hours).
Responsibilities include:
- Manage agendas, diaries and appointments etc
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organise complex travel itineraries
- Be the first point of contact, dealing with general client enquiries and dealing with them promptly
- Assisting on client accounts with organisation and project management
- Part manage relationships with print suppliers
- Create letters, presentations and quotes
- General office filing
- Assist with event organisation
- Must be able to use word, keynote, excel
Office Administrator Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior office management experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work without supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Strong record keeping skills
- Presentation skills, including welcoming guests to events
- Ability to multitask
